Storage units have concrete floors.
There is a lip in the concrete to trap moisture between the bottom of the door and the lip. Basically water cannot flow back into the storage units. The concrete in front of each unit is raised above the blacktop. Another step to direct water away from the storage units.
Locks built into the doors with a spot for an additional lock.

"A" frame Morton Building construction (in Minnesota VERY important to have a pitched roof). A pitched roof allows rain/snow to fall/slide off the roof plus added benefit to pitched roof is it gives renter added height in storage space.

Locks -- the lock that goes inside the door is provided free by us but on the lock slide unit there is a place for a secondary lock and we recommend renters using either a lock they already own or we do have single pack disc lock (comes with 3 keys) available for purchase. As some renters have multiple units we also have available for purchase twin pack disc locks that are keyed alike and come with 6 keys.
